Nairobi-Maasai Mara

At 06;30, we will pick you up at the hotel or the airport in Nairobi. We will drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley, heading to the game reserve’s camp/lodge. After lunch and some relaxation, we proceed for an afternoon game drive until the African sunset. Thereafter, we will return to camp for dinner.

After breakfast, we will have a full day game drive with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. It’s one of the few places where it’s possible to see the Big Five during a morning’s game drive. For the bird enthusiasts, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, many hawks and falcons etc. After the full-day game drive, return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

We will wake up at 6:00 am for a sunrise and opt for a visit to Masai village and experience their way of life including engaging with the warriors in there dances and seeing the women milking. At 9:00 am, we’ll drive back to your accommodation for brunch then depart for Nairobi. Lunch will be en-route. You’ll arrive in Nairobi late in the afternoon.
