This tour starts in Arusha and End in Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport . The tour will offer two nights stay in central Serengeti in Prime area where you will get to witness the big four. The park is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, as well as a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder. Its fame for its annual migration, where some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers some of the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Its vast nature on can spend multiple nights in the park for game viewing. A night in Ngorongoro conservation area will give an opportunity for a game drive in Ngorongoro crater , a breathtaking natural wonder. It’s a deep, volcanic crater, the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 sq kms in area, it is home to lions, elephant, wildebeest, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, hyena, jackals, ostrich, baboon, and many other animals. The conservation area where culture and animals are both preserved, a Maasai boma visit is a mark that human do live together with animals and unharmed. Today will visit the boma and see how they relate their life, graze the same field with wildlife, what they eat and how they socialize. A visit of OLDUVAI GORGE is a must as it also lies in Ngorongoro Conservation area. It was the first place where traces of an early stone tool culture were discovered, and gave the name to the Oldowan, nowadays considered as the earliest human technology. Olduvai is also one of the first sites in Africa where the earliest Acheulean was first discovered, and where the traditional view of the Oldowan-Acheulean transition was established. A visit to this site and meet with the archeologist to narrate the history of the place is worthwhile visit.
