Your Kilimanjaro expedition commences! A scenic drive takes you to Marangu Gate (1,830 meters), the official entry point for the Marangu Route. Here, complete park formalities and embark on your moderately challenging trek.The initial section traverses cultivated fields, transitioning into a vibrant rainforest teeming with diverse flora and fauna. Your experienced WFR guides will share insightful commentary throughout the day, enriching your understanding of this unique ecological zone.

After a rejuvenating breakfast, you'll continue your ascent along a well-maintained trail. Traverse through montane forest, gradually transitioning into a sparser heath zone characterized by unique vegetation.
