Nairobi - Masai Mara

Masai Mara

Your driver guide will collect you up from the airport or hotel and introduce themselves. You will leave and drive to the renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve after receiving a briefing on your safari. A brief photo stop will be made at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint, then continue driving till you reach Mara in time for lunch. You will rest in your hotel following lunch before going on an afternoon game drive in the park, returning in time for dinner and your overnight stay at the camp.

You will leave the camp after breakfast for a full-day game drive in the park with lunches supplied. The Big Five, as well as other wildlife will be the focus of your entire day in the park. The wildebeest migration, which occurs only from July to early October, during the migration season is a major attraction in Mara. Dubbed the eighth wonder of the world, it is the largest animal migration in the world. You'll eventually make it back to the camp in time for dinner and a night's rest.

You'll go on a game drive in the park early in the morning in search of animals, including the Big Five. After that, you'll head back to the camp for breakfast. Rest of the morning is yours to do as you like. Have lunch at the camp, then relax for the early part of the afternoon. Later, have a park game drive in the evening. After that, head back to the camp for dinner and to spend the night.

You will leave the camp for Nairobi after breakfast. You will arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon to have lunch at a restaurant of your choosing. Among other optional activities on this day are a trip to the Giraffe Center, an animal orphanage, a Boma in Kenya, or dinner at the renowned Carnivore Restaurant. Then, you'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport so you can catch your next trip.
