Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met by a representative from Macpacetours who will transfer you to your hotel in Kigali. After breakfast, you will depart for Nyungwe Forest National Park, a journey of approximately 5 hours. En route, you will pass through the beautiful countryside and have the opportunity to visit the famous Nyanza King’s Palace and the Murambi Genocide Memorial. Upon arrival in Nyungwe, you will check in to your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will have the option to take a guided walk through the forest or relax at your lodge. Chimpanzee Trekking in Nyungwe

After an early breakfast, you will set out for chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe Forest. This activity begins with a briefing from park rangers, after which you will embark on a trek through the forest to find the chimpanzees. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of other primates, birds, and plant species. Once you find the chimpanzees, you will spend an hour observing them before returning to your lodge. Overnight at Nyungwe Forest Lodge or similar.
