Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable N.P

Bwindi Impenetrable

After an early breakfast then embark on your gorilla safari southwards of western Uganda leading you to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. This drive will offer you beautiful sights of rural semi-urban Uganda with several fruit & vegetable markets along the way, craft and drum makers and a stop at the Equator monument. After that experience you will proceed to Mbarara for lunch before proceeding to Bwindi with brief bathroom stopovers and picture sessions of landscape.

Wake up early to the cold mist, have breakfast before proceeding to the briefing point at 7am. On arrival at the briefing place, you will be welcomed by ranger on duty as your driver guide registers you in . You will eventually start your gorilla trek in the jungles of Bwindi. After a long trek, your guide will transfer you to Lake Bunyonyi to unwind over the mornings sights over lunch. Relax near the lake and have other activities like swimming or boat rides.

After having your breakfast, go for your early morning boat riding on Lake Bunyonyi that will take you to visit several islands, like Akampene Island which was used to punish all those girls who were found pregnant before marriage by isolating them on the island to death. After your morning boat ride, return to your lodge to pick up your bags, check out and embark on your return drive to Entebbe international airport with an en-route stop to have lunch. Transfer to the airport to end your tour.
