Itinerary

To Bwindi NP for your 4 Day gorilla

Assuming you arrive in Entebbe International Airport, you will depart Entebbe/Kampala for your transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to half the number of mountain gorillas in the whole world. You will have an en route stopover at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe to take photographs and observe a simple experiment before continuing to Mbarara town for Lunch then embark on your journey to the Park for dinner and overnight.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National

After an early breakfast, you will report to the Park Headquarters at about 7:45 am for registration and briefing. This trek can take you half an hour to three quarters of the day. The amount of time you take during the trek largely depends on the movement of the gorillas. But it is an extraordinary feeling being with these beautiful yet endangered Creatures. After finding the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them before trekking back to the Park headquarter.

Golden Monkey Trekking in Mgahinga

After your breakfast, you will drive to Mgahinga National Park for briefing and then go for your golden monkey trekking. This golden monkey walk will expose you to other attractions in the park before returning back to your hotel for overnight.

To Kampala or Entebbe International

After your breakfast, you will be driven to Kampala or Entebbe for your post tour accommodation or you may choose to fly out of Uganda on this day. You will again have another chance to make a stopover at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe.
