Day 2

Samburu

Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve 8.00a.m. depart for drive up north in the semi arid part of the country where you meet the Samburu tribe also sub-tribe to Masai. The drive is 2 ½ hrs, 4.00p.m. your first game drive.

Day 3

Samburu

Day 3 6.30a.m. game drive, lunch, 4.00p.m. game drive. The reserve is renowned for rare game-long-necked gerenuk, Giraffe, Grevy’s, Zebra, Reticulated leopard are frequent passersby. Overnight: Samburu Lodge

Day 4

Day 4: Sweet Waters Game Reserve After breakfast depart drive south of the reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, 4.00p.m. game drive. Overnight: Sweet Waters Tented Camp

Day 5

Amboseli | Nairobi

Day 5: Amboseli National Park 8.00a.m. depart for the long day drive in your safari, lunch stop in Nairobi after 2 hrs drive. 1.30p.m. leave for 2 hrs drive on good tarmac road up to the turn off for another 1 hrs Murram Road up to the park. Arrive your lodge between 5.00.m. to 5.30p.m.

Day 6

Amboseli

Day 6  6.30a.m. game drive, expect to see  more elephants as the park is well known as elephants paradise in plenty while gracing the whole day and night. Lions and other big five wildlife are in plenty, it is also the birds park. Lunch. 4.00p.m. game drive to see more of the best of Amboseli and also to be able to see the snow caped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro at close range.  Overnight: Amboseli Serena Lodge

Day 7

Masai Mara | Nairobi

Day 7: Masai Mara 8.00a.m. dep. for drive to Nairobi for lunch at Carnivore Restaurant. 3.00p.m. fly to Masai Mara 45 minute flight.

Day 8

Masai Mara

Day 8 6.30a.m. game drive, lunch, 4.00p.m. game drive. Masai Mara is the Kenya Wildlife Paradise for the game, expect to see all the Big five wildlife, birds, plans animals. Also your camp is on the Mara river bank where the crocodile, hippos are plenty, with a visit to Masai village. Meals at your camp. Overnight: Sopa Lodge

Day 9

Day 9: Nairobi  6.30 game drive, this is your last  game on safari, return for breakfast. 11.00a.m. fly back to Nairobi, 45 minute flight. Lunch at your city hotel. Day room as you fly back  home in the early evening. Dayroom: Intercontinental Hotel
