Nairobi - Maasai Mara

You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning, have a short briefing about your safari then depart Nairobi. Drive through rich Kikuyu farmland to the edge of the Rift Valley. Descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, have lunch en route. Arrive in the evening, check in, then have an evening game drive. Have dinner and overnight at Miti Mingi Eco Tented Camp.

Early morning game drive to witness the animal at its most active hour, search for the park’s populations of wildebeests, rhinoceros, buffalos, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, gazelles, hartebeest, warthogs, ostriches, topi, and Maasai giraffes among others. Proceed to the famous Mara River where thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross from Serengeti to Maasai Mara each year. After breakfast, head for the full day adventure inside Amboseli National Park which is rich in wildlife. Picnic lunch will be served in the park and an optional visit to the Maasai village where the Maasai warriors will entertain the guest by dancing, singing. You will have the opportunity to take the picture of the Maasai village. Have dinner and overnight at Kimana Safari Camp.

After breakfast, leave the campsite for the last game drive in the park as you leave the Amboseli National Park for Nairobi with picnic lunch served en route arriving in Nairobi late afternoon.
