Itinerary
Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Tarangire
With a packed lunch, we depart from Arusha for a two-hour drive through the Maasai Steppe toward Tarangire National Park. As we enter the park, we’ll be greeted by a landscape dominated by majestic baobabs rising out of the acacia parkland, forming a perfect backdrop for the large herds of African elephants wandering among them. Other mammals sharing this habitat range from lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, and black-backed jackal, to Kirk’s dik-dik, the dwarf and banded mongoose, impala.

Ngorongoro Crater Serengeti NP
Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti
After an early breakfast at your lodge, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch. Upon arrival at Ngorongoro, you will start descending the crater for a game drive. We venture onto the crater floor for an up-close look at the residents of this World Heritage Site. The Ngorongoro Crater provides great game viewing all year round. The wildlife here makes up a permanent population because grazing and water supplies are plentiful throughout the seasons.

Serengeti NP - Mto Wa Mbu
Serengeti
Nothing beats waking up from a restful sleep to the sounds of the Serengeti. Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, the acacia-studded savannah welcomes you to start exploring its wildlife. It's another day filled with a safari adventure on African soil. At the end of this day, you'll probably understand why the name "Serengeti" means "endless plains". Later in the afternoon, you will go to Eileen's Trees Inn Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara NP - Arusha
Lake Manyara
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. The park’s namesake is a shallow, salt lake. It covers a large area of the park, flooding and drying with the seasons, and is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. On your exploration of the park, you will see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, elephants, and with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes
