Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people.

Nairobi to Maasai Mara

At 8 o'clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara. You will pass via the great rift valley view point where you will have a stop over. Lunch will be at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. Return back to the camp for buffet dinner Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland.

Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

At around 7:00 am after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and the annual wildebeest’s migration which alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. At midday, You will have a picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. Then continue with the game drive and explore the beauty of the mara reserve until evening

Early morning breakfast then check out for your drive back to Nairobi. Enjoy a brief stop at the Maasai Village for cultural encounter on your way- Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Masai people as you enroute out of Maasai Mara. Thereafter commence your drive to Nairobi. A simple complimentary lunch will be provided on the way in a traveler's motel. On arrival you will be dropped at your Nairobi Hotel.
