The 6 days great wildebeest northern Serengeti migration safari this package has been designed to focus on the movement of wild animals from Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater to Serengeti, a visitor has the chance to see the great Serengeti wildebeest migration with drive-in and fly-out safari. We have designed an itinerary that shows wild animals passing the Lobo area (north of the central Serengeti National Park) and Wagakuria area (remote northern Serengeti National Park) where the majority of the wildebeest migration is normally found in mid-July to October crossing to mara river from Serengeti to Masai mara.

This park is normally the scene of the annual wildebeest and zebra migration between the Kenya mara and Serengeti it includes a variety of bird species like eagles, ducks, geese, egrets, vultures, secretary birds, ibis, stork, herons, pelicans, cranes, and guinea fowl. The Serengeti National Park is arguably the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world with over 3 million large mammals. About 35 species of plains animals can be seen there including the “big 5” - Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard, and Buffalo. Other common species found here include hippo, giraffe, eland, impala and other antelope types, baboons, monkeys, and a profusion of over 500 species of birds.

ARUSHA –TARANGIRE

Tarangire

The Tarangire National Park has the highest density of elephants and large baobab trees that dot the grassland in North Tanzania and you can view these animals all year round in which the herds often can reach an impressive number of 300 animals. The Tarangire River has water all year round, and during the dry season, between July and October, many animals from the surrounding areas come to the river for drinking.

Early in the morning after having breakfast, you will start descant to Ngorongoro crater it takes approximately 30 minutes to arrive and 600m to the rater to view the wildlife Ngorongoro crater is often called the world's largest caldera and is often referred to as 'Africa's garden of Eden' the crater has a definite world-class attraction that surrounds by many wild animals. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania.

SERENGETI (CENTRAL SERONERA)

After breakfast will continue toward wild Africa at Serengeti (central seronera) where the visitor will pass at Lobo area located near central Serengeti national park most of the wildebeest migration normally passes at the Lobo area around July and august en route to Kenya’s Masai Mara in the late of October and November en route to southern Serengeti national park.

After breakfast, we head towards the northern Serengeti National Park, also known as the Wagakuria. A visitor will do a game drive en route from the Lobo area to the Wagakuria area. As we head north, good sightings of giraffes, plain game, herds of buffalo, and elephants can often be seen. after lunch, we enjoy an afternoon game drive at the kogatende area.

After breakfast, a visitor enjoys a game drive to the kogatende area resident many numbers of wildlife are found in this area. This camp is used for the Serengeti Mobile Green Camp from July till the end of November when the migration is in the Northern Serengeti and hopefully crossing the Mara River. The camp is approximately 20 minutes from the Mara River and set up on a ridge under large evergreen trees overlooking a large part of the Northern Serengeti wilderness zone,

NORTHERN SERENGETI (KOGATENDE

Early in the morning after breakfast, a visitor proceeds and enjoy the game drive at kogatende (northern Serengeti) around mid-morning join a scheduled flight from kagatende airstrip to rush airport, after arrival at Arusha airport you will meet our driver who will drive back to Arusha town. After arrival, you will have lunch, and you will be taken to the hotel.
