The 7 days Serengeti Migration safari starts from Arusha Tanzania to Tarangire National Park which is about 140 km away and take about 3 hours drive to access the park. You will then go to Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. During this safari you will explore different adventure and see more of Tanzania’s wildlife. In November and December, the wildebeest leave the Masai Mara and head back to the much more rejuvenated Serengeti plains and Ngorongoro conservation area looking for fresh and nutritious grasses. This is also a perfect spot to watch cheetahs waiting to feast on the herbivores.
The adventure starts from day one at Tarangire NP main gate and the following days to Serengeti,Ngorongoro Crater and ending up to Lake Manyara back to Arusha.

Arusha-Tarangire National Park

Tarangire

After arrival all the formalities will be handled at the gate and you will proceed with game driving in the park. You will start spotting exploring and there is a chance that you might also spot leopards, lions, giraffes, wildebeest, hyena and other wild animals, on top of that you will enjoy the magnificent scenery of the park decorated with colorful birds. After a long day full of magical moments, head to your accommodation for a night’s rest

Karatu/Manyara-Central Serengeti

You will be heading to Serengeti national park which offer a beautiful views and vast plains of Serengeti, the lunch will be at naabi gate then in afternoon you will head to the central part of the park where you will spend the night. In Serengeti keep your eyes open to spot all the classic Africa animals from the big cats, elephants, hippos, giraffe, gazelles, buffalo and others. Lunch will be at the picnic sites in Serengeti and after that you will drive back to your camp.

Today you are at leisure on safari. There are two game drives a day, one in the early morning and the second in the late afternoon. After your morning game drive, you will arrive back at the lodge/camp to eat a scrumptious lunch. The rest of the day you have at leisure until the afternoon for your second drive, around Seronera. Late evening you will head back to the lodge/camp for a night’s rest and preparation for game driving on the next day

Central Serengeti-Eastern Serengeti

After having breakfast head out for a game drive towards the eastern Serengeti part. The part is popular for the migration movement from November to December as they head back to the southern parts of Serengeti, it is also a perfect place to spot cheetahs. Be ready to marvel at some dramatic interaction between the herbivores and predators who frequent the area to get a chance of a meal. After a long day of events, you will get back to your accommodation facility in central Serengeti.

Central Serengeti-Ngorongoro Rim

This will be the last day in Serengeti national park so you will have to take its full beauty to the fullest, enjoy the incredible sightings of animals in your morning game drive after getting breakfast in the lodge /camp. Get the glimpse of all your Serengeti animals before heading out of the park after getting lunch. After getting out of the park you will head to the Ngorongoro crater rim where you will spend the night and enjoy the incredible crater view if the weather allows.

Ngorongoro crater does not disappoint, a home of more than 25,000 wild animals residing, within the crater you might also get lucky and spot the black rhino on a one-day game driving. Look out for lions, leopards, hyenas, buffalo, and many others, also keep your eyes open for the flamingos, and other birds that reside in the crater. After spending the whole day here, you will ascend the crater in the late afternoon and head to Manyara/Karatu for a night’s rest

After breakfast transfer to lake manyara national park, the park is popular for its tree climbing lions and diverse wild animal presence. the park is also a home to Sykes monkey, short eared galago, cape clawless, hundreds of baboons, giraffe, impala, wild dogs, and a lot others. After a game viewing adventure, you will get back to Arusha.
