DAY 1: ARUSHA TO MIRIAKAMBA HUT

Your adventure begins as you arrive in Arusha, Tanzania. After a pre-trek briefing and a night's rest in Arusha, you'll head to the Momella Gate in Arusha National Park. Completing park registration and meeting your armed park ranger, you'll start your trek through a lush rainforest, keeping an eye out for wildlife. Your destination for the day is Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters or 8,250 feet), where you'll enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 2: MIRIAKAMBA TO SADDLE HUT
Arusha
After breakfast at Miriakamba Hut, you'll continue your trek through the forest, gradually ascending. The journey offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. You'll reach the Saddle Hut (3,570 meters or 11,712 feet), situated in the alpine desert, in time for dinner and overnight rest.

DAY 3:SADDLE HUT TO SUMMIT TO ARUSH

You'll start your Summit day well before dawn, around midnight, for the final push to the summit. With headlamps guiding your way, you'll navigate rocky terrain and steep slopes to reach the summit, Socialist Peak (4,566 meters). There, you'll witness a mesmerizing sunrise and take photos. After descending to Saddle Hut for breakfast, you'll continue your descent up to Momella Gate where You'll receive your Mount Meru climbing certificate and head back to Arusha for a hot shower and relaxation.
