Itinerary
Tarangire national park
Tarangire
We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 8 am and take you to a very special national park. Tarangire is famous for its diverse landscape with nine different vegetation zones. The park is known for the abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent) which fill the landscape and dwarf the animals next to them. The river is full of wildlife, ranging from a large variety of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes and, of course, elephants.

Lake Manyara
In the morning, you will go on a game drive in Tarangire National Park. You’ll enjoy your hot lunch in a fascinating area, boasting an observatory with amazing views of the river and wildlife (with good chances of seeing a hunt while having your picnic). You’ll then go on a beautiful, short journey across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park, home to the famous tree-climbing lions. You will check in to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Manyara national park
Lake Manyara
Go on a morning game drive in the amazing Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in dimension, the park has breathtaking scenery and is famous for its lush acacia forest, giant figs and mahogany trees, as well as to a growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. Permanent residents of this park also include giraffes, elephants, impalas and a huge amount of buffaloes.
