Airport to Arusha National Park

On this day, we assume you will be arriving by flight in Arusha city town in the afternoon particularly at Kilimanjaro International Airport, transfer you direct to the Arusha National Park for a game drive which is 60km from the airport. The park has unbelievable natural packages featuring mountains, valleys, lakes and plains in green. At the north-eastern side of the scenery you will see the beautiful view of the shallow alkaline Momella Lake which inhabits some reptiles.

Your host will transfer you to Serengeti after breakfast for a game drive, lunch box included. Every year, triggered by the rains, 1.3 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras, and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle gather to undertake the long trek to new grazing lands. The migration of the herbivores roughly defines the boundaries of Serengeti National Park, which is the central zone of the Serengeti ecosystem.

After breakfast you will be taken for a full day game drive in the Central Serengeti Park, packed lunch boxes won’t be left behind. Have time to see the Seronera River that inhabits numerous animals, plants and bird species. More over the area experiences great annual migration of Wildebeests and Zebra in the months of May-July then again in Between Nov and Dec on their way down to South.

After breakfast, you will have a game drive in the wilderness of Central Serengeti for some hours then get back to the camp for lunch, after lunch you will be transferred to Karatu at your place of accommodation. Have a spectacular view on the great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, impala and gazelle. Apart from experiencing great animal migration in the Central part, the area also is a home to plenty of game all year round.

In the morning you will be served with breakfast at 08:00Am and after the route to Ngorongoro crater will commence. The crater is within the conservation area, a gaming safari will take half a day. Ngorongoro Crater, the crater has been labeled one of the world’s natural wonders. Approximately 25,000 large animals can be found in this crater of 30,000 hectares. Later ascend and drive back to Arusha for your outbound flight.
