Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Today early in the morning your guide will pick you at your hotel. He will give a tour brief if it wasn’t done on your arrival. Thereafter start the amazing drive to Serengeti National Park. You will arrive to Serengeti around early afternoon where you will have lunch in a picnic area of Serengeti Park. After lunch you start an evening game drive until late evening when you will be going to your lodge for a night stay.

Today, we have the whole day at our disposal to enjoy this magnificent park and its fascinating inhabitants. Enjoy seeing the big groups of different animals like Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffaloes, Hippopotamus, Wildebeest and all others in action. Snap off some memorable photos, but don’t forget to simply take a deep breath and enjoy nature in its real-time, raw beauty. After lunch you will head out for an evening game drive which will take almost 4hrs until late evening.

This morning, drive from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro highlands, enjoying wildlife viewing within the Serengeti National Park as you gradually make your exit. Departing the park, you have several optional visits available at extra cost, either to the Olduvai Gorge or a Maasai village (or both). Continue onwards to your lodge tonight situated near the Crater or on the Crater rim itself. There are many authentic Masaai villages in the area to visit.

This morning you will have a half-day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest caldera measuring nearly 2,000 feet in depth while covering 250-square kilometers in area. The Crater is a spectacular setting and contains an abundance of wildlife with over 20,000 large animals including Tanzania’s remaining black rhino. In the afternoon you will drive back to Arusha, end of tour.
