You will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the Zanzibar airport to board a plane that lands at Arusha Airport. Your private guide from Safari Nuggets will be waiting with a welcoming smile to pick up our newly wedded honeymooners at the Airport, you will have your pre-safari briefing once you meet and greet with your guide. Relax in your comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle as he brings you to your first day of an adventurous safari in Tarangire.

Lake Manyara is a highly scenic park, rimmed on one side by the tall cliffs of the Rift escarpment, and ringed with a variety of habitats including the namesake for the park, Lake Manyara. The game we see in Manyara include hippos, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, impala, dwarf mongooses, hyraxes, hippos, wildebeest, zebra, and on rare occasions, tree-climbing lions and leopards.

After early breakfast we will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. In the afternoon you will return to the lodge, check out and drive to Arusha airport for your afternoon flight back to zanzibar.
