Day 1: Lemosho Gate to Mti Mkubwa

Day 2: Mti Mkubwa to Shira 2

As the sun rises, we continue our ascent towards Shira 2. This leg of the journey offers breathtaking views of the Shira Plateau, an expansive high-altitude plateau with panoramic vistas. Our knowledgeable guides will share interesting facts about the mountain's geology and its impact on the surrounding landscape.   During this day's trek, you will witness the transition from the rainforest zone to the moorland zone, characterized by heather and unique vegetation. overnight at Shira 2 camp

Day 3: Shira 2 to Barranco

Day 4: Barranco to Karanga

This part of the route showcases Kilimanjaro's diverse landscapes, from the striking Barranco Valley to the alpine desert region. Our guides will accompany you throughout the trek, sharing their knowledge of the mountain's history and its ecological significance.   Karanga camp provides a stunning backdrop of rocky terrain and vast open skies. At this point, you will have acclimatized to the higher altitude, setting the stage for a successful summit attempt.

Day 5: Karanga to Barafu

As we leave Karanga, our path leads us to Barafu, the base camp for the final ascent to Uhuru Peak. The landscape transitions into a glacial zone, showcasing Kilimanjaro's icy beauty. Our experienced team will guide you through the challenging terrain, ensuring your safety and well-being.   Upon reaching Barafu campsite, situated at an elevation of approximately 4,600 meters (15,100 feet), you will have a chance to rest and prepare for the ultimate climb to the summit.

Day 6: Barafu to Uhuru Peak Mweka

With an early start, we begin the climb under a starlit sky, with our headlamps illuminating the path. As the sun rises, a breathtaking panorama unfolds, showcasing the vastness of the African continent from the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.You will stand atop the "Roof of Africa" at an elevation of 5,895 meters (19,341 feet). Cherish this remarkable moment and capture the memories with awe-inspiring photographs.The descent from Uhuru Peak leads us to Mweka Camp, for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Mweka Camp to Moshi

We descend from Mweka to Mweka Gate, where your exhilarating journey concludes.
