Day 1: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

On the first day of our 6 days kilimanjaro trekking tour via marangu route firstly you will be picked up from your hotel located in moshi to marangu gate where it will be our starting point, after completing regestration process. The trek begins at the Marangu Gate (1,860 meters) located on the southeastern side of the mountain. The trail winds through dense rainforests, showcasing lush vegetation and a variety of wildlife. We will reach at the Mandara Hut (2,700 meters) for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Mandara Hut to Horombo hut

On the second day of our 6 days kilimanjaro trekking tour. The trail continues through the rainforest, gradually transitioning into the moorland zone. The landscape changes to heather and volcanic rocks as trekkers ascend. The second day ends at the Horombo Hut (3,720 meters), where as a trekkers we will spend the night here.

Third day of our 6 days kilimanjaro marangu route trekking tour, this day is dedicated to acclimatization. As a Trekkers we have an option to take short treks in the surrounding area or rest at the Horombo Hut to adapt to the increasing altitude. Acclimatization plays a vital role in reducing the risk of altitude sickness.

Day 4: Horombo hut to kibo hut

On fourth day of our 6 days kilimanjaro marangu route trekking tour, the trek resumes as trekkers leave the Horombo Hut and make our way towards the Kibo Hut (4,703 meters). The terrain becomes more rugged, and the vegetation diminishes. After a challenging day of trekking, we reach the Kibo Hut for rest and preparation for the summit attempt.

Day 5:Kibo hut to summit to Horombo

The summit attempt begins in the early hours of the morning, usually around midnight. Trekkers ascend steep slopes and scree to reach Gilman's Point (5,681 meters), located on the crater rim. From there, it's a relatively flat hike to Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters), the highest point of Mount Kilimanjaro. After enjoying the stunning views, as trekkers we will descend back to the Horombo Hut for the night

The final day of the 6 days trek involves descending from the Horombo Hut to the Marangu Gate. As Trekkers we will pass through the rainforest once again, arriving at the gate where you will receive certificates of achievement. The journey concludes with a transfer back to Moshi where this marks the end of your Kilimanjaro trekking tour.
