Kilimanjaro International Tourism & Safaris is the premier experiential safari company operating primarily in North America and across the globe. We have extensive local ties to Tanzania and its surrounding islands in particular, and to East Africa in general. Each of our excursions is tailored to the interests of our clients while remaining mindful of and loyal to the interests of the local environments and communities in which we operate. Likewise, each of our business and investor partnerships leverage our extensive contacts and relationships within the North American travel market and Tanzanian government agencies. While some of our competitors call themselves “Africa experts”, no one knows Africa and its local terrain better than the Africans themselves—that’s us. This is because we sell what we know; we tell what we have experienced. Tanzania is one big destination that needs a local expert to tell it all—not a foreign expert. Our founders are local by birth and upbringing.
