Itinerary

Travel to Kibale National Park

On arrival in Uganda, you will be picked up at the Entebbe International Airport by our Kubwa Five Safaris representative with your name printed on an A4 paper. You will transfer to Kibale National Park, Arrive at the colorful and beautiful town of Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro Kingdom, situated in the shadow of the fabled "Mountains of the Moon," the Rwenzori Mountains. You will either have lunch on your way or at your lodge. Arrive at Kibale Forest Camp for dinner and overnight.

Chimpanzee Tracking

The tracking will start after an early breakfast and takes about 2 to 3 hours. After the trek, you will go to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is your next destination. After check-in at the hotel for lunch, you will head out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. After the boat ride, you will go for an evening game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, hoping to catch lions hunting in the evening. Lions usually hunt when the temperatures are cooler.

Tree-Climbing Lions in Ishasha

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the Ishasha sector with a packed lunch to look for the famous tree-climbing lions in this area. After the game drive in Ishasha, you will move to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the famous mountain gorillas. After arrival, we will go on a community walk where you will visit the Batwa. Enjoy the traditional dances and drama performances from them.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

After breakfast, head out to the park head offices with your guide for a briefing about the do's and don’ts while in the park with the gorillas. We head out for the gorilla trekking through the misty rainforest. The trekking can take between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the location of the gentle giants. At the end of this long and exciting adventure, return to our lodge for a well-deserved shower. Have your lunch, relax and thereafter check out in the evening for a transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

Travel to Lake Mburo

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park. You will have lunch at your lodge. After lunch, go for a launch boat cruise, one of the most memorable experiences in the park. Take pleasure in observing different water birds with their sweet, echoing sounds. After the boat cruise, you will go on the breathtaking evening game drive and after experiencing this true wilderness, drive back to the lodge for a night's rest and dinner at Hyena Hill Lodge.

Walking Safari

Have an early breakfast, then head out for today's activities. You can choose between a walking safari, horse riding, or a bicycle safari. The morning walking safari in Lake Mburo National Parkis a magical experience. After the activity, you will have lunch, then be driven to Kampala. You will have a stopover at the equator in Masaka. You will have time for snacks, to buy souvenirs and to take photographs here. NB: You will have PCR Covid-19 tests done, either in Kabale or Kampala.

Transfer From Uganda To Tanzania

After an early breakfast, drive to Entebbe Airport for a scheduled flight to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport. Upon arrival at the airport in Tanzania, you will be met by our Kubwa Five Safaris representative with your name printed on an A4 paper who will welcome you. You will be driven to Serengeti National Park and will arrive at your hotel in the afternoon. Later, you will head out for an evening game drive and then return to Seronera Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti

You will have a full day in this wonderful park. You can also choose to go on an optional hot-air balloon safari in Serengeti National Park (US $600 per person). Here, visitors hop into a hot-air balloon ride for a once-in-a-lifetime wilderness adventure. The Serengeti National Park in Tanzania is renowned for the part it plays in the annual great migration, when an estimated 3 million wildebeests migrate to Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Travel to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with packed lunches. The Ngorongoro Crater is known as "Africa’s Garden of Eden". It is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and boasts incredible concentrations of wildlife, which includes elephants, lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, buffaloes, and the rare black rhinos. Later in the afternoon, drive to Arusha and have dinner and your overnight stay at Outpost Lodge. Note: You will have a Covid-19 test in the morning.

：Final Day in Tanzania

After breakfast, you will be driven to Arusha town for shopping. After having lunch in town, drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
