Transfer to Bwindi National park

Guests will be met on arrival at Entebbe International Airport or any other location of their choice in Kampala. From here the tourist travels west with a stopover at Mpambire drum makers and at the Equator for some photoshoots and an informative talk prior to proceeding to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch continues the drive through the virgin rolling hills of Ankole – Kigezi to the home of Mountain Gorillas – Bwindi Forest where you will reach in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast, your driver-guide will transfer you to an information center from where you will be briefed on the dos and don’ts while in the forest. The unique insight and knowledge of the ranger guide are sure to add to your experience and understanding of the habits and behaviors of the Mountain Gorillas. As you head into the forest, it may be silent at the first encounter but as you track, you will realize the jungle sound as you see various forest Flora and fauna.
