Itinerary
Day 1
Nairobi | Samburu
Day 1 Nairobi-Samburu National Reserve Upon arrival you will be picked up at the airport or from your hotel. You will attend a meet and greet with our representative where you will be briefed about your safari itinerary. After the briefing you will leave Nairobi and travel north to the Samburu National Reserve. You will take part in your first game drive along the way. Upon arrival at the Sentrim Samburu Lodge you will check-in and enjoy lunch. After lunch you will take park in another game drive or take some time to relax at the lodge. The park is famous for the Samburu semi-nomadic tribesmen, reticulated giraffe, zebra, gerenuk, beisa oryx and a host of the big game including elephant and lion. Around sunset you will return for dinner and your overnight stay at Sentrim Samburu Lodge.
Day 2
Samburu
Day 2 Samburu National Reserve You will rise early, have breakfast and then take off for a morning and afternoon game drive in the reserve. You will enjoy a picnic lunch during the afternoon drive. The Ololokwe Table Mountain forms a dramatic backdrop to your game viewing where you will see a third of Kenya's giraffe species including the rare Reticulated giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). You will also see the Blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the Long-necked Gerenuk gazelle and the Straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope. Around sunset you will head back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay Sentrim Samburu.
Day 3
Samburu
Day 3 Samburu-Sweetwaters Sanctuary Have breakfast at the lodge, after depart for Olpejeta Conservancy through the sisal plantations which safeguards some of the most vulnerable wildlife in the world, and advocating for change. Arrival in time for lunch at Falcon Heights Hotel. After lunch proceed for a game drive in the park. Ol Pejeta is home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos, and a sanctuary for over 110 critically endangered black rhinos. you stand the chance of spotting some of Kenya’s more unusual critters. Aardvark, zorillas, bat-eared foxes, leopard, and lion hunts are just some of sights included. Dinner and overnight at Falcon Heights Hotel.
Day 4
Lake Nakuru
Day 4 Sweetwaters-Lake Nakuru National Park Have breakfast at the lodge. Depart and drive towards the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery having a stopover at the view point en route arriving to the pink lake often referred so due to its great masses of flamingos. Check in at Jarika County lodge, have lunch and after lunch proceed for a game drive in lake Nakuru National park with numerous animals. During the game drive you will see the huge numbers of flamingos which are concentrated along the lake shore. In addition to the bird life for which Lake Nakuru is so well known there are many different wildlife species in the park including lion, leopard, Black rhino, White rhino, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, zebra, impala and water buck. Dinner and overnight at Jarika County Lodge or equivalent.
Day 5
Lake Nakuru
Day 5 Lake Nakuru National Park On this day you will have an early morning game drive before breakfast to try to find leopard which are frequently sighted in Lake Nakuru National Park and return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will take a further drive to seek out the 2 species of rhino found in the park, returning before lunch. The afternoon is at leisure, relaxing by the lodge swimming pool before an evening game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Jarika County Lodge.
Day 6
Lake Nakuru
Day 6 Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivasha Have breakfast at the lodge. Depart and drive towards Lake Naivasha. Arrival in time for lunch and check in at Great Rift Valley Lodge and Resort, Kenya's best golf resort. In the afternoon you have an option to engage in hotel activities like the golf course and visit the Crescent Island. This sanctuary hosts Herbivores like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe and Hippo. Dinner and overnight at Great Rift Valley Lodge and Resort.
Day 7
Masai Mara | Serengeti
Day 7 Lake Naivasha-Masai Mara National Reserve Have breakfast at the lodge and depart for Lake Naivasha to enjoy a boat ride after depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve which is 259 km south along the floor of the great rift valley then past Narok climb the western wall entering Hemingway's country ''Serengeti plains'' enroute game drive, check in and arrival in time for lunch at Enkorok Mara Camp and freshen up. Have an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp or equivalent.
Day 8
Masai Mara
Day 8 Masai Mara National Reserve Full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari. You can carry picnic lunch or have lunch at the camp The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara's birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park - Morans. Return to the camp in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp.
Day 9

Day 9 Masai Mara National Reserve Another full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game not seen previous day. You can carry picnic lunch or have lunch at the camp. Visit to Masai villages is also an option The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip.
