Day 1
Masai Mara | Serengeti
Day 1. Masai Mara Game Reserve- Approx Transit time: 5.5 hrs Morning pick up at the airport or city hotel and depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve, which borders Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. Every year, between June and September, millions of wildebeests and zebras migrate into the Mara in search of water. The timing of this phenomenon varies, depending on the rains, but they usually start heading back to the Serengeti in October. Whether you see the migration or not, the grassy plains and lush landscape offer a huge variety of game including lions, cheetahs, buffalo and abundant bird life such as ostriches, cranes and storks. Lunch followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sidai Camp. Meal Plan: {L,D}.
Day 2
Masai Mara
Day 2.Masai Mara. Breakfast and leave with picnic lunches for a full day game drive inside the Park. Search for Wild game black manned lion for which Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools of hippo submerge on the approach of vehicles only to surface seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Between meals there is optional visit to the Maasai villages for an insight to their culture if clients so wish. Meals and overnight at Mara Sidai Camp. Meal Plan: {B,L,D}.
Day 3
Lake Nakuru
Day 3. Lake Nakuru National Park - Approx Transit time: 5.5 hrs Breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving for lunch and later proceed for an afternoon game drive. The Bird Watchers’ Paradise On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching and game drives. Afternoon game drive inside the beautiful Park to view thousands of pink flamingos and numerous wild game including the Rhinos. Day 4
Amboseli
Day 4. Amboseli National Park - Approx Transit time: 7 hrs Early morning breakfast and have lunch boxes as you depart for Amboseli, You will have enroute lunch at a selected point and proceed through maasai land to Amboseli National Park arriving for late afternoon drive(if time permits). Dinner and overnight at Kimana Amboseli Tented Camp. Meal Plan: {B,L,D}.
Day 5
Amboseli
Day 5. Amboseli. Breakfast and proceed for a full day of game viewing drive inside the park. Amboseli is a photogenic Park and hosts great number of game including the lion, elephant and the splendid cheetah. Meals and overnight at Kimana Amboseli Tented Camp. Meal Plan: {B,L,D}.
Day 6
Arusha
Day 6.Arusha - Approx Transit time: 5.5 hrs, Meal Plan: {B, BB}. Morning breakfast and depart arriviving Namanga border by 11:00am pick up at Namanga borders and proceed for Arusha. Arrive and transfer to Arusha Precious Inn Hotel. Accommodation on bed/breakfast basis.
Day 7
Arusha | Tarangire
Day 7.Arusha /Tarangire National Park (120km – 2 hours). Pick up from Arusha Precious Inn Hotel at 0800am and drive on tarmac road 120km to Tarangire National Park (2,850 sq km or 1,005 sq mile’s) for game drives. Lunch picnic there after lunch continue with afternoon game viewing in the park, a home to Lion, Leopard, Elephant, buffalo, Python, Zebra, Oryx, Impala and more… Over 450 species of birds have been observed. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Twiga Campsite. Meal Plan: {L,D}
Day 8
Lake Manyara
Day 8. Full Day Lake Manyara National Park. Breakfast at 0600am. Pick up from the Camp at 0700am and drive on tarmac road 60km with lunch box to Lake Manyara National Park (330 sq km or 127sq mile’s) on the base of the Great Rift Valley, for the Afternoon game drives. Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. The park is home to Lion, Hippo, Elephant, Zebra, Buffalo, Giraffe, Baboon, Blue and Vervet monkey, Warthog and more…About 350 species of birds have been recorded. Day 9
Lake Manyara | Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti
Day 9. Lake Manyara National Park /Serengeti National Park -(205km – 5 hours) Breakfast at around 0600am. Pick up from the Camp at 0700am and drive to the Great Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq mile’s) with your Picnic Lunch Packed and game drives en route via Ngorongoro Crater rim. The Serengeti National Park is arguably the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Seronera Campsite. Meal Plan: {B,L,D}
Day 10
Serengeti
Day 10. Full Day Serengeti National Park After breakfast, continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national Park. Remember this is the migration safari, so as Serengeti is very large as your game drives will depend on the move of the migrants, your guide knows very well how to locate the herds. The Serengeti National Park is famous for the 'Great Migration', over one million wildebeest and two hundred thousand plus zebras each year follow the rains. Day 11
Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti
Day 11. Serengeti National Park/Ngorongoro Crater Rim(145km – 3 hours) Wake up at 0600hours for early morning game drives in Serengeti National Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th world wide wonder, At around 0900 hours drive back to the camp for breakfast. Then check out and drive with lunch boxes and game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater Rim. OPTION: Visit the Olduvai Gorge at extra fee for the museum. Day 12
Arusha | Kilimanjaro | Ngorongoro Crater
Day 12. Ngorongoro Crater Floor/Arusha (190km – 3 hours) Breakfast at 0600am. Depart around 0630am for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater tour. After lunch proceed with game viewing while ascending the Crater and drive to Arusha for the drop off. Meal Plan: {B,L} End of Trip. Cost include.
