Nairobi to Masai mara

At 7.30am,Drive to Masai mara to arrive in time of lunch and later evening game drive. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, leopard etc. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place.This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in search of water and pasture

Masai Mara
You will spend the whole day in the Masai Mara National Game Reserve with both the morning and evening game drives. In between you can go for a visit to a local Masai village where you will be able to interact with the Masai community and learn about the colorful culture of this community.

This day you will wake up for breakfast, then do Optional village tours and depart to Lake Nakuru at 9am arriving at lunch time. You will relax as you enjoy hotel facilities. Later dinner and overnight.

You will have half day game drives in lake Nakuru national park which claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sighting at times of millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino.

Today, you will spend the whole day in the Amboseli National Park with both morning and evening game drives. Amboseli sits on the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s highest – whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures rising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli is renowned for its huge herds of elephants

Life at the Bush starts early and you will be up at 6am for morning game drives up to 8am then return to the camp for Breakfast. You will depart to Nairobi arriving at 2pm or depart to Arusha from Amboseli

After breakfast, we will drive from Arusha town about two hours to Tarangire for a full day game drive. TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK is famous for its colossal baobabs, grassy plains, and huge herds of elephants. The park is one of the most underrated of Tanzania’s attractions, receiving just a fraction of the Serengeti’s visitors. Other animals we can see include buffalos, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, monkeys and more than 550 species of birds.

Drive to Serengeti via the great Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop to view crater and Masai villages (Optional) on your way to Serengeti. SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK is famous for the Seronera Valley where a much greater diversity of resident wildlife can be found than anywhere else in the Serengeti including elephant, giraffe, impala, waterbuck, hippo, topi, reedbuck, buffalo, and baboon. This resident prey, in turn, attracts the highest concentrations of large predators in Africa

After the last morning game drive in Serengeti, we will depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while enjoying a game drive en-route, observing antelopes, giraffes, zebras and monkeys.

After breakfast, we will descent into the crater for a crater tour. In the afternoon we will drive back to Arusha for an overnight stay/Airport back to your country THE NGORONGORO CRATER is a very important refuge for a variety of wildlife. The crater is also home to big herds of wildebeest and zebras, Thomson and grant gazelles, hippopotamus, African cape buffalos, pride of lions, hyenas, serval cats, golden and black-backed jackals, and close to 400 species of birds
