Safari summary
This 7-day safari takes you through all the major highlights of Northern Tanzania — starting with a gentle intro to wildlife in Arusha National Park and ending with wide-open game drives in the heart of Serengeti. It’s a well-paced journey for travelers who want to explore the full Northern Circuit while staying in handpicked, nature-connected lodges and camps.
After a short walking safari in Arusha, you’ll spend two nights at Burunge Tented Lodge — ideally located between Tarangire and Lake Manyara. This lets you explore Tarangire’s ancient baobabs and elephants, as well as the flamingo-lined shores and forested escarpment of Manyara, all while staying close to a natural migratory corridor between these two parks. Your journey continues to the Ngorongoro Crater, where the high concentration of animals inside the volcanic walls offers a spectacular and compact safari experience.

Walking Safari in Arusha Np
Arusha
Arusha National Park is one of the most exceptional and conveniently located safari destinations in northern Tanzania. Despite its relatively small size, the park boasts unmatched geographical diversity — from the rainforest slopes of Mount Meru to the scenic Momella Lakes and wide savannah plains. This variety offers a truly rich and immersive safari experience.

Tarangire National Park
Tarangire
Today your safari will take place in Tarangire National Park. This is one of the most interesting places in Tanzania! The river of the same name flows through the park, where giraffes, zebras, antelopes and buffaloes come to drink. These animals attract predators, which is why a lot of lions live in Tarangire. You will definitely see them during your trip.

Serengeti National Park — Seronera
Serengeti
Today you will go to the most famous safari park in the world - Serengeti. This is one of the largest parks in Tanzania and has a large population of wildlife. There is a good chance of spotting cheetahs, serval cats and other rare animals of the African savannah. The Serengeti is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, chosen because of its important ecosystem, the dense population of animals and the annual Great Migration.
Awali Serengeti
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti
Your adventure continues in the central part of the Serengeti. Seronera is a huge space, brimming with life. It is impossible to view it all in one day; today, your guide will show you new places and interesting animals, so that you can get a full perspective of Serengeti’s Seronera. It is in the Serengeti that the rarest African animals live: rhinos, leopards, serval cats and caracals. This second day increases your chances of seeing these rare animals in the wild.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Ngorongoro Crater
On the last day of your safari, you will have an early start. Finishing up with a quick breakfast you will make an early descent at around 6:30 AM into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor of about 260 sq kms with a depth of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. Keeping the camera ready is definitely recommended.
