Windhoek Transfer & Check-in

We pick you up at 9 am from any hotel/lodge in Windhoek and head south to the world-famous Sossusvlei via the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass. Stop at the viewpoint to admire the endless panorama of the Namib. En route, stop for lunch at Solitaire Oasis. After arrival at the lodge, it is time to relax and admire the vistas of the Namib Desert. Accommodation: Spend 2 nights at the Namib Desert Lodge (accommodation can be upgraded or downgraded). Distance: 350 km on a gravel road.

Sossusvlei & Dead Vlei

At sunrise, we enter Sossusvlei through the Sesriem Gate to climb Dune 45 and admire the vast orange dunes. Then, we head off-road to Dead Vlei, where ancient acacias stand on the white clay pan. You may climb Big Daddy or Big Mama for stunning views of the Sand Sea. After lunch, we visit Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune. Watch for wildlife like oryx, ostriches, and springboks. Optional: take a scenic helicopter flight over the dunes.

Transfer to Windhoek

After breakfast, we depart to Windhoek through the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass. We arrive at the capital before lunch. We will drop you off at the hotel/lodge of your choice.
