Itinerary

Arrival and transfer to Ziwa

For this Chimps Trekking and Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari. You will meet our safari guide upon arrival at Entebbe airport or from your residence, for a briefing and embark on the transfer to Murchison falls national park. Along the way stop over at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking and continue to Murchison falls with lunch en-route Kabalega dinners. Upon arrival at the park, we shall visit the top of the falls. From there transfer to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

After your early morning breakfast head for a game drive hoping to catch a glimpse of other members of the big five! You will see other animals including antelope giraffes and baboons. Transfer back to the lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, get ready for the launch cruise on the Nile River towards the bottom of the Murchison falls. Return back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Kibale Forest NP

On this day safari, you will have an early breakfast and embark on your long journey towards Kibale Forest National Park. You will have a stopover for lunch in Fort Portal town or Hoima town depending on the time. Upon arrival, you can decide to visit the Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru stalagmites site, or caves and the crater lakes. Continue with your journey to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale NP

After breakfast on this day, you will report to the park headquarters for briefing and enter the forest for chimpanzee tracking at Kanyanchu point. Enjoy your Lunch and later head for a guided nature walk to Bigodi swamp, for a good site for birds like The Great Blue Turaco and Papyrus Gonolek alongside other bird 137 species. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Kibale Forest Lodge

Transfer back to Kampala

On this day after your relaxed breakfast at the lodge, check out and embark on the transfer back to Kampala with a stopover for lunch in Mityana town. Drop off at Entebbe airport.
