DAY 1: MOMELLA GATE (1500) – MIRIAKAMBA HUT (2500) Early in the morning Kitano tours and safari driver will be pick you up in your hotel and drive to momella gate in arusha national park it takes almost 2hour to reach at arusha, after reach at momella gate, a guide will perform the registration at Tanzanian national park (TANAPA) after completed the registration the hiker will start hiking & climbing toward the mountain forest

DAY 2: MIRIAKAMBA HUT (2500)- SADD

DAY 2: MIRIAKAMBA HUT (2500)- SADDLE HUT (3550) Early in the morning after having a breakfast, you will continues ascent toward the saddle, you may see a lot of wild life along the ways, the walk will take as along the mount Meru crater and the impressive ash cone, when you arrival at camp you have the option of hiking/climbing little Mt. Meru (3820m) with your guide for further acclimate.
SADDLE HUT (3550)
DAY 3: SADDLE HUT (3550) –MERU PEA

DAY 3: SADDLE HUT (3550) – MERU PEAK (4565) AND DESCENT TO MOMELLA GATE (2500) Summiting has an early start at around 00:00. There is a 1-hour steep climb to Rhino Point (3,800 m), then the path continues along a ridge of ash and rock to reach Cobra Point (4,350 m). The summit of Meru Peak (4,562 m) is an hour further on a steep path with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro. Depending on your speed, you can enjoy sunrise at Cobra Point or the summit.
