Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari

Safari summary

Day 1 :
Pickup and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After your breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by our professional driver guide who will brief you about the journey and then proceed for the 8 to 10-hour drive with en-route lunch and a stopover at the Equator line at Kayabwe for the water experience and take some memorable pictures to spice up the journey. You will proceed to the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 :
Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi - Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
You will have an early breakfast after which embark on the transfer to the park offices with your packed lunch. You will be briefed about the do’s and the don’t’s of the park when you are with the mountain gorillas. After the briefing, you will be assigned a park ranger and one gorilla family to trek. You'll embark on your search for the mountain gorillas, during your trek through the impenetrable forest. Later in the evening, prepare for a visit to the Batwa pygmies of the impenetrable forest who were the original inhabitants of Bwindi's impenetrable forest. Dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 :
Transfer back to Entebbe
After a relaxed breakfast at your lodge, check-out and embark on your transfer back to Entebbe with lunch en-route and another stopover at the equator. You will proceed arriving late evening at Entebbe where you will be dropped off marking the end of your trip
