You can enjoy the Marangu or Ndoro waterfalls excursion for about six to seven hours. Drive time from Arusha/Moshi town is around forty minutes, during which you may enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro (particularly from Moshi). This secret Marangu waterfall is situated in the stunning rural area of Marangu, surrounded by lush scenery.
Ndoro Waterfall (also known as Marangu Waterfall) is one of the most well-known and substantial waterfalls in the region, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. You can reach this enormous waterfall after about an hour of hiking through the breathtaking green landscapes of the Chagga people, the largest tribe in Tanzania. Here, you can stand beneath the Ndoro waterfall, even jump off one, swim in the cool water, and take a well-earned lunch break in the picturesque valley. This stroll through the tropical rain forest at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro is lovely and reasonably easy. A variety of animals, including tropical birds and black and white Colobus monkeys, are visible. The length of the trip is approximately six to seven hours.
