This Serengeti National Park is one of the largest and most famous wildlife parks in the world. It is known for its annual Great Migration, when over 1.5 million wildebeest, 250,000 zebra and 400,000 Thomson's gazelles make a circular journey across the park in search of fresh grazing land and water. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to the world's largest intact caldera. The caldera is a vast crater that is home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras and rhinos. Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation area are both located in the Great Rift Valley, a geological feature that runs through Tanzania and several other East African countries and both are popular tourist destinations.
Each year the circular great wildebeest migration begins in the Ngorongoro Conservation area of the southern Serengeti in Tanzania and loops clockwise through the Serengeti National Park and north towards the Masai Mara reserve in Kenya.

Arusha-Serengeti National Park

After breakfast your journey to Serengeti National park will begin, you will drive towards central Serengeti. On the way you will be able to view beautiful Rift valley view of Ngorongoro crater as you do game drive and later you will reach Serengeti gate. Picnic lunch will be offered and later after having an evening game drive you will spend overnight and dinner will be offered in camp/lodge depending on your preference.

On the second day, get ready for an early start. As the sun rises, you'll head out for a safari. This is the time to watch wildebeests and zebras as they move around. In the afternoon, you'll take a break for lunch at a local spot. Later in the day, continue your safari adventure, looking for cheetahs and other animals that hunt. When the day is winding down, return to where you're staying and have a nice dinner.

This will be the last day in Serengeti national park so you will have to take its full beauty to the fullest, enjoy the incredible sightings of animals in your morning game drive after getting breakfast in the lodge. Get the glimpse of all your Serengeti animals before heading out of the park after getting lunch. After getting out of the park you will head to the Ngorongoro crater rim where you will spend the night and enjoy the incredible crater view if the weather allows.

After an early breakfast you will commence your journey to Ngorongoro crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. Almost 25,000 large animals live in the crater; you will feast your eyes on large mammals like black rhinoceros, the Cape buffalo and the third largest type of land mammal the hippopotamus. After having an adventurous day, picnic lunch will be offered and you will later departure to Arusha.
