Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve
Morning depart for Selous Game Reserve you will have a short break for hot lunch in Kibiti. The journey to Selous will take about 5 to 6 hours. Arrive for afternoon boat safari along the mighty Great Rufiji River.
Boat safari brings you into close contact with hippo, crocodile and fantastic birdlife. Animals make their way to the river to drink and boat may approach elephant, waterbuck and other on the river banks to within a few meters. Crocodile glide into the water as your boat approaches and hippo appear in frightening proximity, grunting and blowing steam.
Dinner and overnight will be at Hippo Tented Camp.

Day 02: Game Drive in Selous Game Reserve
You will have full day game drive In Selous Game Reserve exploration of the Reserve by 4wd vehicle; will permit you to have good photographic opportunities and the chance to explore different sections of vast park. The Selous Game Reserve is the largest game reserve in Africa, covering the area of 50,000square kilometers. Selous is famous for its Elephants, commonly seen are lions, wild dogs, buffalos, bushbuck, impalas, elands, baboons, zebra, wildebeest and greater kudus.
Dinner and overnight will be at Hippo Tented camp
Meal Plan: -Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 03: Selous Game Reserve/ Dar es Salaam.
Wakeup early in the morning and have a cup of coffee or tea, then go out for wilderness walking safari with guidance of an armed ranger which will take two to two and a half hours. Walking safari will give you a particularly intimate feel for African wild. You will get the chance to touch the nature, see the different foot print and droppings of different wild animals and small creatures that you can’t see them during the game drive. After walking safari you will go back to the camp/ lodge for breakfast then pack your stuff and start drive back to Dar es Salaam with lunch pack. Drop off at your hotel, ferry or airport for your next destination.
