A great park

Tarangire National Park is, by far, my favorite park of all that we visited on our August safari.

I found the park to be filled with a diverse selection of wildlife. While the park is known for its elephants, the number of other animals is quite impressive. I particularly enjoyed the leopards and cheetah.

The landscape is just as interesting as the animals, with the majestic baobab dominating the views.

The park gets less visitors than the nearby Lake Manyara National Park. This made our two days in the park much more enjoyable.
