Tarangire National Park is the current home of the elephants in Eastern Africa region.
You cannot even count and say you saw 200 herd of them while walking down to the river or eating, they are so many.
One thing that I witness in this park is the tsetse flies you must take care of this as they are very strong, best thing is to put a jacket and make sure the driver has windows closed.
It has one of the best lodges etc (Tarangire Treetops) its just a real luxury in the wilderness.

Quality of wildlife
Crowdedness
Quality of lodging
Overall rating

* Crowded parks have a lower rating
