I just wanted to share how much I enjoy dealing with Urbema Safaris. You have great people working to make business travel as painless as possible. I have worked a lot with Benard to plan my 14 days safari – he is brilliant.
He is customer-focused, cheerful and always willing to help you find the best travel options. He has great follow up and always is armed with a “how might we” attitude. I love when he is always there!
