Rare sights of tree-climbing lions

Views: 145 Visited: Jun 2019 Reviewed: Sep 24, 2019

While on a long safari we got to see the rare tree-climbing lions and it was worth it. Apart from the lions, there is also a wide variety of various wildlife including birds which is a plus considering some tourists are birdwatchers. I'd recommend this park anytime despite it not being too large. read more

Incredible elephant safari destination

Views: 914 Visited: Jun 2019 Reviewed: Oct 08, 2019

If you are an elephant lover this is the game reserve that you definitely need to visit. It has one of the largest elephant herds in Kenya. You'll get to see them moving about and if you are a photographer it'll even be better for you. Also, Amboseli offers the best view of Mount Kilimanjaro either early in the morning or late evening depending on the weather conditions at the time of your visiting.
Apart from the elephants and Mount Kilimanj... read more

Adventure in Samburu Kenya

Views: 108 Visited: Aug 2019 Reviewed: Oct 15, 2019

From the capital city (Nairobi) it is quite a distance but its worth it. With Samburu being a semi-arid area you wouldn't expect much but once you get there you'll be amazed. Among the big five, the only animal you'll not find there is the rhino but the rest do exist. One amazing sight in Samburu National Reserve is the Grevy's zebra which is really beautiful followed by the reticulated giraffes. While there, you can have a bush-breakfast or d... read more

Views: 96 Visited: Jul 2019 Reviewed: Oct 22, 2019

This is the largest national reserve in Kenya with a size of 22,000 square kilometers hence being split into two (East and West) Tsavo. It's not densely populated in terms of wildlife compared to other parks but it has variety of wildlife including vast species of birds which is a plus to birdwatchers.
Tsavo has the longest lava flow and you'll get to see the shetani lava which s really awesome. While there, we spotted a leopard along the la... read more

Adventure in a park within a city

Views: 662 Visited: Apr 2019 Reviewed: Oct 29, 2019

This is the world's only wildlife capital considering its only a short drive from the central business district. One of its unique attractions is the view of Nairobi city right from the park and its incredible for photographers. The safari walk is also amazing. The park is home to various species of wild animals and bird species. Some of the animals you can spot are lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes and black rhinos. It basically ... read more
