Etosha Pan: The Largest Salt Pan in Africa, it can be seen from space, yet wildlife thrive here. This is one magical safari not to be missed.

Lets take you on a great adventure into central Namibia. Following in the footsteps of the Swedish explorer Charles Andersson, we will encounter magnificent beasts on our journey through Etosha National Park. This is not a shared safari, but a private, personal experience that is not shared with more than 3 people (adults) per booking. You will enjoy private game drives at your own pace, magical sundowners at dinner and awake to the sounds of wild animals as they enjoy a drink at the nearby waterhole.

Your journey takes you from the capital city, Windhoek, to the Von Lindequest Gate, at the most eastern part of Etosha. From here you will travel across the width of the park to exit at Anderssons Gate in the west and back down to Windhoek.

Day 1

We meet you at 08:30 at your accommodation in Windhoek and after a quick introduction we head towards Von Lindequist Gate, aprox 600km to drive.

We stop at Okahanja to view some great local crafts at a huge market. We also stop often for rest breaks along the road. At aprox 16:00 we arrive at Namutoni Lodge. After check in we embark on a short game drive before the gates close at 18:00. 

18:30 we get together for dinner and drinks, then we head over to the waterhole to see which animals are thirsty.

Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, we start the journey through the National Park towards our next stop at Halali Lodge (aprox 70km). Along the way we stop often to look for wildlife at the various waterholes that are scattered in the park. Lunch will be served at Halali Lodge, and after lunch we depart on our afternoon game drive to be back at camp at 18:00 before they close the gates. 18:30 we enjoy a sundowner at the waterhole and dinner.

Day 3

Today after breakfast at aprox 08:30am, we are heading towards the very western part of the park namely Okaukeujo. This journey is aprox 70km, but the drive will be very exciting as this is a favourite area for wildlife( seeying wildlife is not guaranteed but likely). As we reach Okaukeujo by lunch time, we sit down and enjoy a meal before we depart on our afternoon game drive followed by a sundowner at the Okaukeujo waterhole and dinner at the restaurant.

Day 4

After a hearty breakfast, we embark on a morning game drive to see what we can spot, then we head back to camp for lunch before we embark on our aftrnoon game drive.

Back at the lodge by 18:00 to enjoy dinner and drinks.

 

Day 5

Today we enjoy our final breakfast in Etosha and make our way back to Windhoek to your accommodation (aprox 400km). We stop often along the way to rest and take photos of the scenery.

Your time with us will conclude at aprox 18:30
