Day 1 - Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania. You will be met by a Pristine Trails representative at the Killimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel just a 3-minute drive from the airport. Located on a secluded hill, you will spend the night at The KIA Lodge, where you will be introduced to the typical East African hospitality.

Day 2 - West Kilimanjaro
Drive to Sinya/Elerai, situated on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a walking safari with local Maasai guides and rest and relax before beginning our safari the following day.

Day 3 - Tarangire National Park
Wake early to a beautiful sunrise over the Maasai steppe and enjoy your breakfast. Depart at 10:00 am for the drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its bulbous Baobab trees and expansive herds of elephants. Experience a half day’s game drive in this divine ecosystem.

Day 4 - Tarangire National Park
Begin the day with an early morning game drive, a time when animals are usually active and seeing a unique animal interaction is likely, such as a pride of lions stalking its prey. Thereafter, you are rewarded with a hot lunch before carrying on with an afternoon game drive into the evening.

Day 5 - Serengeti National Park 
After breakfast, depart from the Tarangire in the late morning and drive to the Serengeti National Park, home to one of the world’s most amazing spectacles, the wildebeest migration. En route, visit an authentic Maasai village, where they will share their culture of song and dance and welcome you into their homes. At your hotel in the evening, enjoy a luxurious end to a long day by taking advantage of spa activities or simply lounging outside by the pool.

Day 6 - Serengeti National Park 
The day begins very early with a hot air balloon ride over the expansive Serengeti Plains. Enjoy the most spectacular bird’s eye view of the vistas and wildlife on the ground. Thereafter experience a full day inside the Serengeti National Park, driving across sun-kissed savannahs and experiencing some of the best game-viewing in Africa.

Day 8 - Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
Depart early for a morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. After lunch, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater via Oldupai Gorge, home to our earliest ancestors and the most famous archaeological site in East Africa. Thereafter, make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you spend the night atop the crater rim, granting you an awarding vista of the crater floor.

Day 9 - Empakaai Crater
Take an early morning walking tour to Empakaai Crater, one of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area’s eight craters. This walking tour helps you stretch your legs after days of sitting in the car. It allows you a chance to sample pristine trails with abundant bird life and impressive vistas.

Day 10 - Ngorongoro Crater
Wake early and begin your adventure into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most beautiful havens for wildlife in the world. Descend into the crater floor, Africa’s Garden of Eden with abundant wildlife, a site infamously dubbed the world’s eighth wonder. Enjoy a full day’s game drive. In the late afternoon, depart for Arusha where you will prepare for your journey to Zanzibar or your trip home.
