About NICE Safaris
NICE Safari offers a unique chance to stay with various Maasai and Samburu tribes in Kenya. I have traveled with them two times and plan to travel again this summer. They are able to provide a tailored made trip for their clients that involve both culture and safari game drives. Most trips involve a stay at the Ilngwesi Game Lodge near Lewa Reserve. Ilngwesi is the only lodge in Kenya operated only by the Maasai people. Prince William and Kate have stayed there in the past. Both times I have traveled with NICE I've had a fantastice time. On the first trip my husband and I did a walking safari in the Laikipia Plateau. Then in 2013 I went again on my own. This time I was able to stay at 2 different Maasai villages and begin a long lasting friendship with the women at Twala Women's Center. I plan to return again this summer.
