Sometimes they are only an hour from the park gates and sometimes they are a few hours away. Hiking through the thick vegetation, experiencing the sounds of the forest first hand and finally coming across the troop, is something that will be with you for the rest of your life.

There are a number of other activities you can also enjoy at the lodge. Tracking Golden Monkeys, climbing volcanoes and visiting the famous Dian Fossey's grave, will keep you active or you can relax on your terrace and enjoy the stunning landscape and views!
