Enjoy this luxury tented camp safari in the heart of Botswana’s premier wildlife areas. These camps, the finest in the country, combine luxury, superbly designed architecture with the warm comforts of home and personal service. The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta system in the world and offers spectacular game viewing including elephant, lion, zebra, leopard & giraffe. Activities are diverse allowing guests time on the water, land, and on foot.

DAYS 1 & 2 – LINYANTI: Upon arrival in Maun, after clearing customs, you will be met and transferred by light aircraft to Kings Pool. Meals and overnights here. (D, DR)

Kings Pool Camp is located in the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve, a vast private concession in the northern part of Botswana, on the western boundary of Chobe National Park. Nine luxurious well-appointed tents of canvas and thatch each have a large bedroom area, lounge, private plunge pool and 'sala'. The spacious en-suite bathrooms are tiled with double showers and hand-basins as well as an outdoor shower for those who wish to shower close to nature! Activities include day and night game drives and walks, while boat cruises (water levels allowing) offer spectacular viewing.

DAYS 3 & 4 – OKAVANGO DELTA:  Fly by light aircraft to Jao Camp. Enjoy two days of game drives and water activities. Overnights here. (B, L, D, DR)

Jao Camp lies in the southern side of the plains, an area with beautiful islands fringed with riverine forests. The camp has nine spacious, beautiful tents, each individually handcrafted. These canvas and thatched rooms are situated beneath a canopy of shady trees and have en-suite facilities, as well as an outdoor shower. Built on raised decks, each has a private sala for afternoon siestas and offers wonderful views of the surrounding floodplains. In addition to the lounge and dining area, there are two plunge pools and an outdoor boma for dining under the stars. Mokoros, boat trips, fishing, nature walks, day and night game drives and birding are usually on offer all year round.

DAYS 5, 6 & 7 – MOREMI: After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a morning activity. In the afternoon, fly to Mombo Camp, the premier camp in Botswana. Enjoy lunch and an afternoon activity. You’ll spend three nights here. (B, L, D, DR)

Mombo Camp, on the northern tip of Chief's Island within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta, is built under large shady trees and overlooks an open floodplain more often than not alive with wildlife. This area boasts enormous concentrations of plains game and large predators - lions in particular - providing what is arguably the best big game viewing in Botswana. Accommodation comprises nine spacious tents raised up off the ground, with breathtaking views over the plains; the sala, long veranda and lounge area all take advantage of such vistas. Bathrooms are en-suite, with indoor and outdoor showers. There is a boma for delicious dinners under the stars and a plunge pool to relax in on a hot day.

DAY 8 – MAUN/DEPART: After breakfast and a final glimpse of the reserve, you’ll fly by light aircraft to Maun Airport where you’ll take your connecting flight home. (B)
