Day 1: Arusha-Tarangire National Park

Pick up from your hotel in Arusha at 0830am and drive on tarmac road 120km to Tarangire National Park (2,850 sq km) for game drives. Lunch picnic, there after lunch continue with afternoon game viewing in the park, a home to Lion, Leopard, Elephant, buffalo, Python, Zebra, Oryx, Impala and more. It's the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem. The swamps, tinged green year round, are the focus for 550 bird varieties, the most breeding species in one habitat anywhere in the world. On drier ground you find the Kori bustard, the heaviest flying bird; the stocking-thigh ostrich, the world's largest bird; and small parties of ground hornbills blustering like turkeys. More ardent bird-lovers might keep an eye open for screeching flocks of the dazzlingly colorful yellow-collared lovebird, and the somewhat drabber Rufus-tailed weaver and ashy starling. Dinner and overnight at Twiga Campsite.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

Breakfast at 0700am. Pick up from the camp at 0800am with lunch box to Lake Manyara National Park (330 sq km) on the base of the Great Rift Valley, for the Afternoon game drives. Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks.
The park is home to Lion, Hippo, Elephant, Zebra, Buffalo, Giraffe, Baboon, Blue and Vervet monkey, Warthog and more. This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones. Thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals. In this park canoing has recently been added to the tourist activities in this park at extra cost. This is a great way to see the park from a new perspective. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park-Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at around 0600am. Pick up from the Camp at 0700am and drive to the Great Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq mile’s) with your Picnic Lunch Packed and game drives via Ngorongoro Crater rim where you will visit Masai village in Kimba. This village is worth visiting if you want a set up type photo of men and women dressed in traditional garb. Thereafter proceed to Serengeti National Park the home to lion, leopard, Elephant, Cheetah, Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Wild dog, Gazelles, Crocs and more. Serengeti is one of the most comprehensive and appealing internet presentations on nature, conservation and research in general. Every day, hundreds of nature-lovers and tourists from all over the world visit the virtual Serengeti. Today it is one of the most famous national parks on Earth, renowned for its magnificent lions but best known for its great migration. Lots of birds including the Eurasia migrants. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Seronera Campsite.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national Park. The Serengeti National Park is famous for the 'Great Migration', over one million wildebeest and two hundred thousand plus zebras each year follow the rains. In October and November they travel from the mountains of the north, southwards to the plains seeking lush pastures. After the great rainy season which is now proceeding in Serengeti we received the herds of Wildebeest Migration in Serengeti Central. The number of animals that are involved in this spectacular, natural phenomenon is staggering. It is estimated that more than 1.5 million wildebeest and at least 300,000 zebras and gazelles set out from the plains of the Serengeti to start their nomadic voyage that will take them over almost 2000 miles in the coming year. Dinner and Overnight at Seronera campsite.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park-Ngorongoro Crater Rim

Wake up at around 0600hours for early morning game drives in Serengeti at 0900 hours back to the Camp for breakfast. Then check out and drive with lunch and game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Optional: Visit the Olduvai Gorge at extra fee for the museum. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Simba “A” Campsite.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Floor-Arusha

Wake up early morning for breakfast then at 0730hours drive to Ngorongoro Crater where you will descend into the Crater floor (19.2 km of diameter, 610m deep, 304 sq km) for game drives. All the Big five Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, and many more mammals. Birds includes flamingos on the Soda lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures and more. Break for lunch at Ngoitoktok spring Picnic site. Ngorongoro Crater is often called 'Africa's Eden' the '8th Natural Wonder of the World'. A massive extinct volcano, its towering tree lined walls drop thousands of feet to a "Noah's Ark" of animals on the verdant floor below. This breathtaking oasis provides a haven for both predator and prey to live among grasslands, fresh springs and the large soda lake. Nowhere else can such a diversity in wildlife be experienced in such a short period of time. After lunch proceed with game viewing while ascending the Crater and drive to Arusha.
