Day 1-Have our guide greet you at the airport and take you straight to Dedza where you will then embark on a tour of the local town landmarks,sights include Dedza townhall where you will learn the town's rich history and Dedza market where you will experience the bustle of one of Malawi's busiest markets.After the tour you will then embark on short but very satisfying hike up Dedza hill ,once reaching the top you will then picnic lunch on the top while enjoying the great and majestic views that overlook the town below,after lunch you will hike on down to Dedza pottery Lodge and finish the day there,enroute viewing local African arts and crafts.
Day 2-Have our guide take you straight to Huntigdon house and Satemwa tea estate where you will rest for the night,the next day embark on a birding and walking safari through out the estate,in the afternoon begin a tea tasting tour of Malawi's finest tea.
Day 4-Depart for Majete Game Reserve and Thawale lodge in the morning and arrive at the Lodge,embark on a brief safari near the lodge and end the day at the lodge to retire while listening to the nocturnal animal sounds of the African night.The next day embark on a longer safari on the other side of the reserve to spot the more majestic of the big five animal,lunch enroute.
Day 5-Embark for Mulanje Mountain forest reserve in the morning where our guide will take you on a hike up to Dziwe Lankhalamba waterfalls.After arriving at the waterfalls you will picnic lunch there while perusing its interesting features, you will then continue on to the Likhubula Lodge chalets where you will spend the night reflecting on your experience while listening to the sounds of mountain animals in the dead of night before you retire.The next day our guide will take you on a tour of the sorrounding area all the way down to the rock pool.
Day 7-Depart for Monkey Bay and club makokola retreat and relax on the beach once you arrive.The next day embark on a boat tour of Lake Malawi and its rare fish species.The next day you have the option of going snorkelling for a deeper examination of Lake Malawis uncharted underwater world. or embarking on a tour of Lake Malawi with our guide by boarding the illala which would give you the opportunity to view some of the islands on Lake Malawi including Likoma Island,the tour ends in Senga Bay where you will rest at the Wheel House.
Day 9-Our guide will then take you to the airport for your flight back home
