Depart Nairobi early morning for Amboseli (5 hours), a fantastic park that borders Tanzania, with great views of the imposing Mount Kilimanjaro and abundant wildlife including herds of elephants, big cats and bird life, it’s a park not to be missed! You'll arrive in time for lunch at the Sentrim tented camp, which is a good value standard camp with semi-permanent heavy canvas tents erected on a tiled concrete base. Each tent has a comfy bed, an en suite shower and toilet. Meals are buffet style and vegetarians are catered for.

After lunch you'll leave camp and head into Amboseli National Park, just a ten-minute drive away. After your game drive you'll return to camp for dinner and an evening relaxing around the fireplace.

You can spend the next day exploring the park; either spend the whole day in the park with a picnic lunch or venture out for an early morning and late afternoon game drive and spend the rest of the time relaxing in camp, it’s up to you!

Day 4 & 5 – Tsavo West, Serena Kilaguni

Wake up early to see the sunrise over the imposing Kilimanjaro, then after breakfast continue your safari onto Tsavo West, which is about a two hour drive. You’ll be staying at the stunning Serena Kilaguni Lodge situated inside the park where you’ll arrive in time for lunch at their restaurant, which has great views over the park. After lunch you'll be taken on a late afternoon game drive and a visit to the Mzima Springs where you may see hippos and Nile crocodiles and many different species of bird.
