Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdares

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning and drive to Aberdare national park, arriving in good time for lunch. Afternoon transfer to the tree lodge for dinner and overnight. These tree lodges are built next to water holes where the animals come to drink. The management of these lodges have made different calls for different animals so that each time animal visits the water hole the call is made to alert you, hence you can come to view the animals from the balconies. Elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo and giant forest hog have been sighted. A ground level bunker provides excellent photographic opportunities and takes you closer than you would believe possible to the wildlife. Later dinner and overnight at The Ark hotel.

Day 2: Aberdare to Samburu

You will have an early breakfast, and leave the lodge with short game drive en-route, Leave Aberdares for Samburu arriving with a short game drive in time for lunch and check in at Lodge / camp, have lunch and relax. Later embark on the afternoon game drive across the park which is a unique resident wildlife species among them the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/ camp

Day 3: Samburu

Full day in Samburu, with an early morning and late afternoon game drive. Samburu is a beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Optional activities include a visit to a local Samburu village, camel riding and guided nature and bird walks. All meals and overnight at Lodge/camp.

Day 4: Samburu to Lake Nakuru

After an early morning breakfast you will leave Samburu game reserve with game en-route for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Upon arrival, freshen up have lunch and relax before embarking for your afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to it’s Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park among other wild games. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/camp.

Day 5: Nakuru to Masai Mara

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru with game drive enroute out of the park for Masai Mara.  arriving in time for lunch. Check in at lodge/ camp and have lunch. Afternoon gamedrive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and a visit to Mara River. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge or luxury tented camp.

Day 6: Masai Mara

You will have this full day in the Masai Mara to Experience the magical of this spectacular game reserve: Masai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s number one reserve and is always on every tourist’s “Must see list”. Masai Mara reserve is full of life with various types of animals and birds, and crown’s the climax of every safari in Kenya. Its rolling grasslands and acacia savannah have time and again been captured on film with the movie “Out Of Africa” being the most famous. Masai Mara is home to the “Big Five” (Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Rhino) and over 450 bird species.

Apart from the big five, the Masai Mara is most famous for the spectacular annual migration of over a million wildebeest, zebra, gazelle etc from the Serengeti in northern Tanzania crossing the Mara River into Kenya in search of fresh feeding grounds, which takes place in late July or August. During this crossing, hundreds of animals are swept away by the first moving Mara River and others are killed by the ferocious African Crocodiles the episode giving true meaning to the phrase “Survival of the fittest”. - Optional early morning balloon safari or a tour of the Masai Village can be arranged at an extra cost.

Dinner and Overnight at the lodge or Camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara to Nairobi

Early Morning breakfast at your camp or Lodge check out and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at the carnivore restaurant; afterwards drop off at your city hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
