DAY 1; ARRIVAL, ENTEBBE
On Arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide who will transfer you to either Boma Guest House, Imperial Botanical Hotel, Airport View guest house for overnight.
DAY 2; ZIWA RHINOS, MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast, depart for Gulu town. Have a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you shall have an opportunity to have a walking safari to the rhinos, being led by a ranger guide, while he interprets the behavior, habitat, and feeding habits of the White Rhino. The Rhino population is slowly increasing with new births, one of which is called ‘Obama’. After your lunch, proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge, Nile Safari Camp or Sambiya River Lodge.
DAY 3; GAME DRIVE
Go for an early morning game drive. In the afternoon you shall take a boat ride up the Nile, to Murchison falls, where the park derives its name. Enjoy these spectacular falls. The Nile squeezes through a 7meter gap and at the bottom bask Huge Nile Crocodiles. You have an option to climb the cliffs, to the top of the falls. Return to Hotel by car. Overnight at Paraa Lodge, Nile Safari Camp, Sambiya River Lodge.
DAY 4; KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you will depart for Kibale Forest National Park (This is a tiresome long drive, where you shall have a packed lunch stop en-route. Kibale Forest is a large protected block of rainforest, which has about 13species of primates, such as Chimpanzees, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Red Tailed monkey and Red Colobus. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge, Primate Lodge, Kibale Forest Camp,Ataco country Resort, Kluge’s Guest Farm.
DAY 5; CHIMPANZEE TREKKING
Today you will go for Chimp tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience.
Kibale’s 795km2 National Park contains one of the most beautiful and varying tracts of tropical forest in the whole of Uganda. After lunch, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. It incorporating a wide variety of habitats that range from savanna and wetlands and lowland forest. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge, Jacana Safari Lodge, Kingfisher Safari Lodge.
DAY 6; GAME DRIVE, LUNCH CRUISE
Have an Early Morning Game Drive. In the afternoon, you shall have a boat ride on Kazinga Channel. Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any game park, from the open Savannah to Rain Forest, dense Papyrus Swamps and Crater Lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge, Jacana Safari Lodge, Kingfisher Safari Lodge.
DAY 7; ISHASHA SECTOR
Depart the main park for the Ishasha sector famously known for Tree Climbing Lions. Have your packed lunch at the Hippo pool afterwards have an afternoon game drive, in search for the Tree climbing Lions. Overnight at Ishasha Wilderness Camp, Ishasha Ntungwe Camp, Savannah Lodge.
DAY 8; QUEEN ELIZABETH N.P – KINIGI (RWANDA)
Rwanda also known as the Land of a Thousand Hills, bordered by Uganda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania. Although close to the equator, the country has a cool temperate climate due to its high elevation. The terrain consists mostly of grassy uplands, gently rolling hills, scenic lake views and the rare mountain gorillas.

DAY 9; GORILLA TREKKING
In the heart of Central Africa, so high up that you shiver more than you sweat,” wrote the eminent primatologist Dian Fossey, “are great, old volcanoes towering up almost 15,000 feet, and nearly covered with rich, green rainforest – the Virungas”. Situated in the far northwest of Rwanda, the Parc des Volcans protects the steep slopes of this magnificent mountain range – home of the rare mountain gorilla. You will have a guided walk to the Gorillas making it a highlight of your journey. In the afternoon, relax or have a walk to Ruhengeri town. Dinner and Overnight at La Palme Hotel.
DAY 10; KINIGI TO GISENYI.
Depart Kinigi for Gisenyi, at leisure, visiting a local community. In the afternoon you shall take a boat ride on Lake Kivu as well as a walk in Gisenyi town and to the Border post with Dr Congo. Overnight atKivu Serena Hotel, Gorillas Hotel, Stippe Hotel, Paradis Malahide,
DAY 11; GISENYI TO BUTARE.
You shall depart for Butare (Optional Boat Transfer on Lake Kivu) driving to the beach town Butare. Overnight at Moriah Hill Hotel, Holiday Inn, Centre Bethanie Hotel.
DAY 12; BUTARE TO NYUNGWE
After breakfast you may choose to visit the National Museum of Rwanda in Butare, as well as the Nyanza King’s Palace later proceed to Nyungwe forest arriving in the evening. Overnight at Nyungwe Forest Lodge,Top View Hotel
DAY 13; NYUNGWE TO KIGALI
You shall have a canopy walk in the Nyungwe forest. It is located in the watershed between the basin of the river Congo to the west and the basin of the river Nile to the east. This large extension of Afro Montane, pre- Ice -age forest supports a wide range of flora and fauna.
Later you shall depart for Kigali arriving in the evening.
Overnight at Kigali Serena Hotel, Stipp Hotel, Chez Lando Hotel.
DAY 14; KIGALI AND DEPARTURE
You shall have a city tour where you will visit the Genocide Memorial Centre, in Kigali, that is a permanent exhibition for the benefit of survivors and young people who lost loved ones and were affected by the 1994 genocide.
Depart for Kanombe airport to catch your flight back home depending on your flight schedule.
