WINDHOEK – SWAKOPMUND
Depart Windhoek and travel to the coast. Visit craft market in Okahandja en route. A short lunch stop at Karibib or Usakos is done (for own account). Visit Goanikontes and the Moon Landscape. Arrive at Swakopmund in the afternoon. Possibly meet fellow travellers at dinner who will join the tour in Swakopmund.

SWAKOPMUND – DAMARALAND
Depart early morning on the salt road towards Henties Bay, past some pans and an array of bird life. Visit Twyfelfontein and the Organ Pipes on way into Damaraland. A packed lunch is enjoyed en route. Arrive at the lodge during the late afternoon. Breakfast, Lunch pack & Dinner included. Overnight In Damaraland – Twyfelfontein Lodge or similar
Spend the morning at leisure. Have lunch at the lodge and in the afternoon join a sun downer drive in the Aba Huab River where you could possibly encounter the desert dwelling elephants (seasonal).

DAMARALAND – ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, visit a Damara village near Twyfelfontein and learn more about the culture and the tradition of this half-nomadic people. Continue via the little town of Outjo. Lunch stop (for own account) - possibly meet fellow travellers joining the Etosha tour. From there continue to Etosha National Park. Arrive in the early afternoon and undertake your first game drive into the park in your touring vehicle. Breakfast & Dinner included. Overnight near Etosha National Park – Etosha Safari Camp or similar
Day excursion into the Etosha Park in your touring vehicle. Except for the rainy season, Etosha’s animals are dependent on artificial waterholes and natural springs. Explore the various waterholes along this enormous saltpan, which is called the “great white place of dry water” in a local language. Lunch stop at one of the rest camps (lunch for own account).

After breakfast, enjoy another full day game drive in your touring vehicle, in search of the big variety of wild life in the Etosha Park. Of the 114 mammals species found in the Park, several are rare and endangered like the black rhino or the black faced impala. Your guide will also introduce you to the complex subject of managing such an enormous reserve. Lunch stop at one of the rest camps (lunch for own account). Breakfast & Dinner included. Overnight near Etosha National Park – Mokuti Etosha Lodge or similar
ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK - WINDHOEK
Depart the Lodge / camp and travel south towards Otjiwarongo. Continue towards Windhoek via Okahandja where we will visit a local handicraft market. Tour ends on arrival in Windhoek late afternoon.
