Day 1: Arrive In Tanzania
Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) upon arrival, transfer to hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Free Day in Arusha Town
This is a free day to relax after hours of flying. Option can be to take a short guided town tour around Arusha .
In the evening have a short Orientation of Mount Meru hike with your Guide ready for the Trek tomorrow.

3 Day: Start Mt. Meru Hike
After breakfast drive to the Start point from Momella Gate 1’500 m. in late morning, the track soon passes some open grassland, and have some game viewing. You can see Buffalo, Warthog, and Elephants, etc. and then continue as a steady climb through montane forest. You can have your lunch at the famous “Fig tree”. After lunch the trek continues through less dense forest, where there are a lot of birds and monkeys including the black and white Colobus. By mid-afternoon, there are the first closer views of the towering cliffs and the Ash Cone. MIRIAKAMBA HUT (2’514 m.), situated in idyllic grassy glade, is reached in time to enjoy the last of the afternoon sun and beautiful views over the surrounding plains towards Kilimanjaro. It takes about 4 to 6 hours walking. Ascent is 1’014 m.

Day 4: Hiking Mount Meru
The walk from MIRIAKAMBA HUT to the saddle below Little MERU is a short day but a steep sustained climbing all the way. Starting through attractive, open and lush montane forest, the path continues beyond the halfway point of Elephant ridge and carries on uphill through the giant heather and other moorland vegetation to reach SADDLE HUT 3’570 m and lunch. The afternoon is free to rest and enjoy the views. The ridge is now very obvious and it can be seen curving away and up to the summit, although it is still a long way. There are good views down into the crater, with the ash cone rising in the center. The path is a little exposed as it tra verses the rocky ridge, with fine views across into Kenya and the Maasai Hills. The summit is reached after 5–6 hours. The descent follows the way up (it is tempting to go down the other ridge to make a traverse, but this is strictly forbidden). For energetic ones, can make the short climb to the nearby summit of LITTLE MERU 3’820 m for superb views just before sunset. It takes about 3 – 5 hours walking. The ascent is 1’056 m. SADDLE HUT is similar to MIRIAKAMBA but water is collected from a stream about 10 minutes away

Day 5: Descending from Mount Meru
An early start at around 0200 hrs to climb steeply to RHINO POINT 3’800 m the path continues along an undulating ridge of ash and rock to reach Cobra Point 4’350 m. at around sunrise. The views are stunning: the cliffs of the Crater rim, the Ash Cone rising from the crater floor, Kilimanjaro floating on the morning clouds, and the Rift Valley if the weather is clear. The summit of Socialist Pak 4’566 m is an hour more on a superb but often steep path. The route back to Rhino Point in the sharp morning light along a narrow ridge between the sloping outer wall of the crater and the sheer cliffs of the inner wall is one of the most dramatic and exhilarating walks in Africa. A fast descent through open grassland and mixed forest, with good chances of seeing wildlife. This trail has excellent views back towards the crater and over the plains of the National Park. Momella Gate is reached by late morning. It takes about 2 to 3 hours walking. Descent 1’014 m. Your 4 X 4 Landcriser will be waiting for a game drive in Arusha National Park. Arusha National Park is a gem of varied ecosystems and spectacular views of Mt. Meru, the crater that gives the region its name. The small national park includes the slopes, summit, and ash cone of Mt. Meru, the Momela Lakes, Ngurdoto Crater, and the lush highland forests that blanket its lower slopes. Game viewing around the Momela Lakes is at a laid-back and quiet pace, and while passing through the forest many visitors Stop to search for troupes of rare colubus monkeys playing in the canopy.

Day 6: Arusha – Manyara Cultural Tour at Mto waMbu Overnight Karatu
After breakfast Drive towards the great Rift valley towards Mto waMbu. Mto waMbu is one of the most popular cultural tour sites in Tanzania. Following the setting up of irrigation systems in the early 1950s, the area rapidly developed into a small town attracting a new wave of tribes from all over the country, each with its own cultural background. Nowhere else in Tanzania have so many different tribes settled in such a small area. The Mto waMbu tour is a village walk, designed to provide guests with an experience of the rich cultural heritage in Tanzania, albeit in a short time of half a day or one full day. The varied produces, handicrafts and activities that can be seen on the market place and in the village farms is an Illustration of this cultural diversity. Later in the late evening drive to Karatu area for overnight stay.

Day 7: Karatu – Lake Natron. Bird watching & Lake Natron walking Safari
After Breakfast drive to the shores of Lake Natron. Here you will have chances of seeing a lot of Flamingos, and may be a Jackal on the prowl for its food. After lunch there will be another short hike to Engaresero Waterfalls with a naturally formed, incredibly convenient Jacuzzi! Dinner will be early as it is important to get a few hours’ sleep, before being roused at early to make the final preparations for the hike

Day 8: Oldonyo Lengai Hike and overnight

Early in the morning, leave the Campsite and make the drive to the base of 0l Doinyo Lengai and begin to climb the Mountain of the Gods. The path itself is quite difficult underfoot and steep the whole way. Towards the rim it turns into powdery ash – like trudging through deep soft snow! Arriving at the summit in time for sunrise, the perfect reward! This volcano is active and glowing rock can often be seen bubblin g out of the numerous ash cones on the top. Descend late morning in time for a good lunch, dip in the stream and a celebratory beer. Overnight.

Day 9: Drive to Serengeti via Olduvai.
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge the archaeological site of Leakey’s family.

Day 10: Full days exploring all corners of Serengeti.
After breakfast explore the world’s best-known park, the Serengeti. Named after the Masai word, “Siringet,” for endless plains of short and long grass, the Serengeti is well known for its large prides of lion, cheetah, packs of wild dog and nearly a million or so wildebeest. Enjoy lunch at the lodge or packed lunch and a later take an afternoon game viewing drive.

Day 13: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
After breakfast, depart For Ngorongoro Crater for a half day game drive inside the crater. After lunch in the Lodge you will go for an evening game drive and back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion that include the magnificent black- manned males. There are lots of colourful flamingos and a variety of water birds. Day 14: Full day crater game drive.

Day 15: Ngorongoro – Lake Eyasi
After breakfast drive out of the Caldera with some scenic views and drive to the shores of Lake Eyasi. We arrive in time for lunch at the Tindiga Tented lodge. Lake Eyasi is a very scenic soda lake found on the southern border of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This less visited lake lies at the base of the Eyasi escarpment on the western rift valley wall

Day 16: Hunting Safari and Drive to Manyara late Evening
This Morning you will be introduced to the extraordinary people who belong to an indigenous tribe known as the ‘Hadzabe’ (hunter-gatherer bushmen). The tribe inhabits the shores of Lake Eyasi as do the Nilotic-speaking Datoga tribe. You will visit these tribes, which will include a visit to their homesteads, learn about their way of life, animal tracking, medicinal plants, and much more. For them hunting and collecting honey is not a funny activity but a daily obligation. Don’t be surprised if you are given a bow and arrow to hunt. With little luck you may experience a successful kill. Part of the meat will be eaten among the hunters, while the rest will be taken home for their wives and children’s. Later in the late afternoon drive towards Manyara for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 17: Full Day Manyara

Day 20: Coffee tour in Arusha after fly to Zanzibar Island

After breakfast at 800am you will be picked up for Stone Town and Prison Island tour, will back to the hotel at evening. After breakfast, drive back to the Crater for a full day game drive inside the crater, spotting all the Big five. Lunch box today will be served by the hippo pool. Later you will drive for an evening game drive and back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 15: Ngorongoro – Lake Eyasi
After breakfast drive out of the Caldera with some scenic views and drive to the shores of Lake Eyasi. We arrive in time for lunch at the Tindiga Tented lodge. Lake Eyasi is a very scenic soda lake found on the southern border of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This less visited lake lies at the base of the Eyasi escarpment on the western rift valley wall

Day 16: Hunting Safari and Drive to Manyara late Evening
This Morning you will be introduced to the extraordinary people who belong to an indigenous tribe known as the ‘Hadzabe’ (hunter-gatherer bushmen). The tribe inhabits the shores of Lake Eyasi as do the Nilotic-speaking Datoga tribe. You will visit these tribes, which will include a visit to their homesteads, learn about their way of life, animal tracking, medicinal plants, and much more. For them hunting and collecting honey is not a funny activity but a daily obligation. Don’t be surprised if you are given a bow and arrow to hunt. With little luck you may experience a successful kill. Part of the meat will be eaten among the hunters, while the rest will be taken home for their wives and children’s. Later in the late afternoon drive towards Manyara for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 17: Full Day Manyara
This day will be spent exploring Manyara National Park. Lunch packs can be served by the bush followed by a

Day 18: Manyara – Tarangire
Depart for Tarangire National Park, named after the river that flows through the length of the park and provides a constant water source for the thousands of animals making their home here. Lunch at the lodge and enjoy a late afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge.

Day 19: Tarangire – Arusha
After Breakfast start the drive to Arusha with Scenic views enroute. Arrive Arusha in time for Lunch. The late afternoon can be spent enjoying your drinks by the pool. After a long safari, you can arrange for some massage to relax your muscles. Dinner and overnight

Day 20: Coffee tour in Arusha after fly to Zanzibar Island
After breakfast you will drive to the slopes of Mt. Meru to Tengeru coffee plantation and visit the local home where you will learn the whole process of preparing coffee. At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee made by yourself with the Meru community. Later Drive in the afternoon drive to Arusha airport via Impala hotel to collect your baggage’s, fly to Zanzibar.

Day 22: Stone Town and Prison Island Tours
After breakfast at 800am you will be picked up for Stone Town and Prison Island tour, will back to the hotel at evening.  Stone Town Tour; In Stone Town tour you will get a chance to explore and discover Zanzibar Old City. Stone Town tour offer you an opportunity to see former Slave Market, House of wonder, Oldest Anglican Church of Christ built by Bishop Steers in 1873 on the site where slaves were being auctioned and  also see other local people in their daily activities as well, walking in some narrow streets of Stone Town.

Prison Tour; After walking around narrow alleys of Stone Town, then it is a relaxing time in Zanzibar Channel of the Indian Ocean is achieved when we take you to visit the small isle of the Western Coast of Zanzibar Island. You will visit the old Slave Prison ruins and the Aldabras giant Tortoise, once property of the Sultan Said Majid.

Day 23: Transfer to Beach Hotel Spice Tour on Transit
After breakfast you will be picked from Tembo Hotel in Stone town, transfer to beach hotel check in for four nights. On transit you will guide to Spice tour includes seeing spice farms.
Spice Tour; You will be guided through a profusion of greenery in the countryside seeing, smelling and tasting a variety of mouth-watering tropical seasonal fruits, some examples are: jack fruit, pineapple, banana, green coconut (dafu), durian, love apple (tufaa), litchi (shoki-shoki), sour soup (mabungo) and many more. A full tour involves much more than spices and you will also have a chance to see the iodine plant, henna bush, ylang -ylang, the lipstick tree, cocoa and coffee trees.

Kizimkazi fishing village is home to several schools of bottle- nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins, which are sighted following a short boat trip from the village.  is also known as Kizimkazi tours, Kizimkazi is the site of a 12th century mosque, the earliest evidence of Islam in East Africa, and is thus worth a visit for both natural and cultural reasons.
